Assistant / Key Account Manager ( Modern Trade )

Job Description

•        Planning, leading, motivating, and managing Sales team to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently to maximize the sales objectives and increase profitability.
•        Drive selling activities and determine potential business opportunities, forecast and budget in line with financial requirements.
•        Regular customer reviews on pricing and overall satisfaction to ensure alignment between customer needs and the internal business requirements of the company.
•        Report to CEO.

Qualification

•        Female or male not over 40 years old.
•        Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related filed.
•        At least 3 years experience in Food or Beverage business and at least 2 years Modern Trade experience in Sales Management position.
•        Good command of English language.
•        Computer literacy; MS Office, Excel, Power Point etc.
•        Self-motivated with good communication skills, negotiation skill and service mind.
