Pu Ja (Thai Crab Cake)

Ingredients

200 g of Crab Stick (coarsely shredded) | 100 g of crab meat | 100 g of chopped pork | 100 g of chopped shrimp | 1 Egg |
2 tablespoons of coriander root, garlic, pepper (pound) | 2 teaspoons of wheat flour | 1 ? tablespoons of fish sauce | 1 teaspoon
of sugar | Chilli shred into fine strips and coriander for decorate | Crab shells | Eggs (beaten enough break for the plating) |
Vegetable oil | “Wasabi-O” Wasabi Mayonnaise.

Direction

1. Mix crab, Crab Stick, pork, shrimp and coriander root, garlic, pepper (pound) to mix well. Add egg, wheat flour seasoning with
fish sauce and sugar and then mix well about 5-10 minutes.
2. Put ingredient (no.1) in crab shells into fully. Steamed until cooked about 10 minutes.
3. Plating Crab shells (no.2) with egg. Fry them in a hot oil (upside down filling ) until golden brown. Scoop up to drain. Decorate
with chilli and coriander. Served with “Wasabi-O” Wasabi Mayonnaise.
