Ingredients

? of fish's kidney | 100 g of Crab Stick | 5 cups of water | 3 pieces of garcinia | 200 g of grilled fish | 1 tablespoon of palm sugar
| 4 of lime leaves. | 50 g of string bean, cut into pieces | 150 g of pumpkin cut into pieces | 100 g of bamboo shoot slice
| 4 of eggplant cut four parts | 50 g of small eggplant | Rice berry
Ingredients of fish kidney curry paste
1 tablespoon of sliced galangal | 1 tablespoons lime skin | 40 seeds of dried chilies | 10 seeds of pepper | 6 tablespoons of lemongrass
| 3 tablespoons shallot, chopped | 1 tablespoon of fresh turmeric, cut into pieces | 1 tablespoon of hot chilli | ? cup of Garlic
| 1 teaspoon of salt | 1 tablespoons of shrimp paste 

Direction

1. Pound all ingredients of fish kidney curry paste to mix well.

2. Add water 2 cup and fish's kidney in a pot. and boil it to melt. Filter out the waste put chili curry fish kidney (no.1) add water to

melt the heat until boiling over.

3. Put the grilled fish, garcinia, palm sugar, stir well and then add Crab Stick, vegetable and lime leaves. Wait until cooked and served with rice berry.
