Fried Radish Cake

Ingredients

700g. of grated white radish | 500g of rice flour | 60g of tapioca starch | 1 tablespoon of salt | 1 teaspoon of pepper powder | 3 tablespoons of dried shrimp | 1 tablespoon of sugar | 1 teaspoon of sesame oil | 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil | Water

Directions

1. Boiled white radish for about 5-8 minutes or until cooked and soft. Scoop up water to drain.
2. Mix flour and tapioca starch well. Add water 700 ml. and stir well.
3. Heat the pan. Add shrimp and stir until fragrant. Put the white radish fry for 3 minutes. Add 900 ml of water, season with salt, pepper, sugar,and sesame oil, stir well.
4. Mix well white radish [no.1] and flour [no.2] put into a plate. Steaming for about 40 minutes or until cooked, remove and let cool, cut into pieces.

Ingredients for fried

20 g of Crab Stick | 250 g radish Cake cut into pieces | 2 tablespoons of chopped sweet radish | 1 tablespoon of minced garlic | 2 eggs | 1/4 teaspoon of salt | 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder | 50g of bean sprouts. | 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce | 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil | Shred spring onion

Directions

1 Try sweet radish and garlic stir until fragrant and turn light brown.
2. Stir Radish cake and Kani-O. Add sweet soy sauce, and stir well.
3. Fry eggs and salt into the pan. When cooked, add bean sprouts, stir well. Sprinkle with pepper and onion, served.
