Spicy Minced Beef Salad (Lap Khmer)


250 g of slice beef sirloin | 1 tablespoon of “WASABI-O” Red | 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil | 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic | 2 tablespoons of chopped lemon grass | 1/3 cup of water | 1 tablespoon of fermented fish sauce | 1/3 cup of lime juice | 1 teaspoon of fish sauce | ? teaspoon of palm sugar | ? cup of shred shallot | 1 cup of cut into pieces string bean | 2 cups of sprouts | 2 tablespoons of minced roast rice | ? cup of peppermint | ? cup of sweet basil | 1 teaspoon of slice chilli


1. Fried garlic and lemongrass in a pan, add water and fermented fish sauce. Simmer until boiled set aside.

2. Squeeze blood from beef, and put the lime juice, stir well and set aside for 5 minutes. Then add ingredients (no.1) and mix well.

3. Seasoning with “WASABI-O” Red, fish sauce, palm sugar and stir well.

4. Add roast rice, string bean, shallot, sprouts and knead. Server with peppermint, sweet basil and chilli.


Remark : It can apply to grilled meat.
