Opor Ayam Kani

Ingredient

Fried “Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough | 150 g of Kani Kani | 500 g of chop chicken thigh | 1 piece of cinnamon cut into 1-inch piece | 2 pieces of star anise
| 2 pieces of crushed and cut into piece lemon grass | 4-5 piece of kaffir lime leaves | 2 tablespoons of tamarind juice | 150 ml of coconut milk | 1 ? teaspoons of salt | Vegetable oil

Ingredient of chlli paste

? tablespoon of coriander seed powder | ? teaspoon of cumin powder | ? teaspoon of pepper seed | 150 g of slice shallot | 20 g of slice galangal | 20 g of slice ginger | 2-3 cloves of garlic | 5-6 seeds of hazelnut

Direction

1. Pound all chilli paste ingredients to mix well and set aside

2. Set vegetable oil in a pan with medium heat, and then fried chicken until golden brown, and set aside.

3. Fried chilli paste (No.1) with coconut milk ? cup and then add chicken (no.2), coconut milk, lemon grass, cinnamon and star anise. Seasoning with tamarind juice and salt, Simmer about 25 minutes.

4. Add kaffir lime leaves, Kani Kani and simmer about 10-150 minute (or sauce to sticky). Serve with “Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough.
