Telur Sambal Tumis with Wasabi-O


200 g of Crab Stick | “Wasabi-O” Wasabi Red | “Wasabi-O” Wasabi Sauce | 8 of eggs (boiled and peeled) | 50 g of shred shallot |10 g of shred garlic 

| 5 g of ginger | 3 pieces of red chilli cut into small pieces |  cup of chopped tomato | 100 ml of coconut milk | 1 tablespoon of ketchup | 1 teaspoon of salt 

| 1 tablespoon of palm sugar | Vegetable oil (for fried eggs)

Side dish

Garlic | White turmeric | spring onion | cucumber | lettuces


1. Pound shallot, garlic, ginger and red chilli to mix well.

2. Fried eggs until golden brown, set aside.

3. Stir fried ingredient (No.1) and then add tomato, ketchup and coconut milk. Season with salt, palm suger, eggs (No.2) and Crab Stick. Simmer about 2-3 minutes.

4. Serve with side dish, “Wasabi-O” Wasabi Red and “Wasabi-O” Wasabi Sauce.
