Nonya Kani Spring Roll

Ingredient
“WASABI-O” Wasabi sauce | 6 psc. of Crab Stick cut into 1 cm. | 50g. of boiled sliced pork belly | 50g. of boiled shrimp, cut into wedges | 200g. of shredded yam bean | 100g. of tofu in strip | 100g. of thinly sliced cow-pea | 1 tbsp. of minced garlic | 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil | 1 1/2 tsp. of coarse salt | 1/2 tsp. of sugar | Roti dough sheet | Starch (tapioca starch, water or slightly raised Heat to thicken).| Kaiware for decorate plates

Direction
1. Fry garlic in a hot pan
2. Add pork belly, shrimp, yam bean, cow-pea and tofu. Flavor with salt, sugar till dried then add Crab Stick. Set aside.
3. Put roti dough sheet on a flat container. Add filling on dough sheet and roll up and fold the edges sealed with starch
4. Deep fry spring rolls till golden. Decorate and serve with Kaiware and “WASABI-O” Wasabi sauce.
