Kani Style Nasi Kerabu

Ingredient
“WASABI-O” Wasabi Sauce | Crab Stick | 375g. of cooked rice | 100g. of coconut shred into strips | 3 tbsp. of vegetable oil | 40g. of coriander leaves, peppermint kaffir, lime leaves mixed together. | 10 of shred shallots | 1 tbsp. of shred galangal | 1/2 tsp. of coarse salt | 50g. salted fish (King mackerel) | 1 shred lemongrass | 3 tbsp. of shred ginger | 1/2tsp. turmeric powder | 1/2 tsp. of black pepper powder

Direction
1. Roast coconut until golden and set aside.
2. Wash salted fish to reduce salinity then dry with paper. Fry with low heat till golden. Set aside and tear off into small pieces.
3. Mix all ingredients together, sprinkle Crab Stick and serve with “WASABI-O” Wasabi Sauce.
