Ingredients
2 1/2 cups of unripe papaya, scraped | 6 pieces of Crab Stick | 1/2 cup cow-pea (cut into piece length 1 inch) | 1 1/2 tablespoons of coconut palm sugar | 3 tablespoons of lime juice | 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes (cut in half) | 3-5 of dried and fresh chili | 5 cloves of garlic | 2 tablespoons of fish sauce | 1 pickled blue crab | 1 tablespoon of fermented fish sauce | 2 tablespoons of tamarind juice |  tablespoon of “WASABI-O” Wasabi Paste? | “Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough | Vegetables: cabbage, morning glory, cow-pea | Butter (salt)

Direction
1. Heat the pan and fried “Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough. Fried over medium heat until turns golden brown both sides.
2. Crack claws of crab and chop crab meat into pieces.
3. Pound chilies, garlic and cow-pea.
4. Add cherry tomatoes, season with fish sauce, coconut palm sugar, fermented fish sauce, lime juice, tamarind juice, “WASABI-O” Wasabi Paste and scraped papaya and mix together.
5. Add pickled blue crab and Crab Stick. Serve with fried “Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough.

Remark: Clean fresh blue crab, set aside and mix with fish sauce. Keep refrigerated for 2-3 hours before using as ingredient.
