Ua Nhor Mai Kani


Ingredients
2 bamboo shoots (10 cm. long) | 1/2 cups of ground pork | 6 of Crab sticks | 5 chopped onions | 1 egg | 2 tablespoons of corn flour? | 2 tablespoons of fish sauce | 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper | 3 tablespoons of chopped spring onion | “WASABI-O“ Wasabi Sauce? | Salt

Direction?
1. Knead ground pork, onions, egg, corn flour, fish sauce and pepper in a large bowl; then add “Kani-O” and spring onion.
2. Boiled bamboo shoots 2 -3 times with a little bit of salt.
?3. Scoop out a hole in the middle of bamboo shoots and fill with ingredients no.1.
4. Steam stuffed bamboo for 20 minutes or until cooked.
5. Sliced stuffing inside bamboo “Ua No Mai” and serve with “WASABI-O“ Wasabi Sauce
