Luang Prabang Style Kani Salad

Ingredients
2 boiled eggs, (sliced)| 6 sticks of Crab Stick | 2 tablespoons of fried shallot| 1 tablespoon of fried garlic | 1 tablespoon of grinded roasted peanuts 2 cups of lettuce | 1 cup of iceberg lettuce | 1 cup of watercress | 1-2 of sliced cucumbers | 1-2 of sliced tomatoes

Direction
1. Put lettuce, iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber and watercress in a serving plate.
2. Then place boiled eggs and Crab Stick.
3. Top salad with roasted peanuts, fried garlic and fried shallot.
4. Pour dressing over salad before serving.

Ingredients for Salad Dressing
2 boiled eggs (only yolk) | 2 tablespoons of “WASABI-O” Wasabi Paste | 3 1/2 tablespoons of sugar | 3 tablespoons of fish sauce| 5 tablespoons of lime juice

Direction
1. Mix sugar with fish sauce.
2. Then add egg yolk with sauce in no.1 and flavor with “WASABI-O” Wasabi Paste and lime juice.
