Gateaux de Dadar

Ingredients
7 pieces of “HIPPO” Original Recipe Frozen Dough | 1/4 cup of salted butter | 1/2 cup of pandan leaf juice | Ingredients for Filling | 200g. of thuenthuek coconut (scraped) | 2 cups of palm sugar | 1ml. of water | 2 pandan leaves

Direction
1. Boil palm sugar, water and pandan leaf. After water is boiled, scoop out pandan leaf.
2. Add theuntheuk coconut and stir till it is sticky then set aside.
3. Thinned “HIPPO” Original Recipe Frozen Dough and leave in refrigerator
4. Add butter and pandan leaf juice thoroughly on Teflon pan; then fry “HIPPO” Original Recipe Frozen Dough till golden on both sides. Put “Hippo” on a plate, with cooked ingredients in the middle, roll and serve with avocado juice.

Ingredients for Avocado Juice
4 avocados • 2-3 tablespoons of condensed milk | 150ml. of fresh milk | 3 cups of ice

Direction
1. Put avocado in a blender.
2. Add condensed milk, fresh milk and ice; and then blend together-serve in a glass.
