Ingredients
5 pieces of “HIPPO” Original Recipe Frozen Dough | 500g. of beef rump | 2 pieces of shallot | 4 cloves of garlic | 6 pieces of dried chili | 1 teaspoon of salt | 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger | 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder | 1 pounded lemongrass | 3 kaffir lime leaves | 600ml. of coconut milk | 75ml. of water

Direction
1. Put shallot, garlic, chili, ginger, turmeric powder in a blender. Add water in blender.
2. Cut beef rump into square dice and marinade with half of ingredient no.1 and set aside for 30 minutes.
3. Add remaining ingredients no.1 with coconut milk, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and simmer for 10 minutes. Bring beef rump (no.2) in a pot, season with salt and reduce a heat. Simmer until meat is tendered and served with “HIPPO” Original Recipe Frozen Dough.
