Ingredients
5 pcs “Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough | 10 pcs sausages | Egg yolk | Butter | Soy sauce with vegetable oil | “WASABI-O” Wasabi Mayonnaise

Direction
1. Slide “Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough into 1 1/2 inch, width wrap around sausage.Place on a baking tray brushed with butter.
2. Brush egg yolk on “Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough. Bake in a preheated oven 200 Celsius until lighting brown.
3. Remove from oven brush sausage with soy sauce (mixed with vegetable oil) and bake again untilgolden brown. Serve with “WASABI-O” Wasabi Mayonnaise.

Ingredients for Sausage
250 g minced pork | 100 g diced pork fat | 3 tablespoons brown sugar | 2 tablespoons minced garlic | 2 teaspoons salt | 1 teaspoon black pepper | 1 tablespoon vinegar | 1 pc natural sausage casing – from pork (length 150 cm)

Direction for Sausage
1. Mix well minced pork, pork fat, brown sugar, pepper, garlic, salt and vinegar in a bowl
2. Stuff mixed pork (No.1) into sausage casing and tie casing with a length about 2 1/2 inch.Keep refrigerated for 15 minutes.
3. Prick them with the needle then steam sausage for about 20 minutes.
