Smoked Salmon Basil Frittata

Ingredients
3 pcs “Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough | 200 g smoked salmon | 100 g “KANI-O” | 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil | 3 pcs diced tomato | 6 eggs | 1 teaspoon salt | 1/4 teaspoons cracked black pepper | 1 tablespoon cooking oil | “WASABI-O” Wasabi Mayonnaise

Direction
1. Slice smoked salmon into a long strip.
2. Fry “Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough until golden brown.
3. Stir eggs, “KANI-O”, basil, tomato, salt and pepper in a bowl.
4. Place fried “Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough on a baking pan, pour the stuffing (no.3) and top with smoked salmon.?
5. Put a baking pan in an oven (120 Celsius), bake for 20-30 minutes or until the mixture rises and becomes solid.?6. Serve with “WASABI-O” Wasabi Mayonnaise.
