4 pcs “Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough | 200 g grilled pork neck | 1/2 cup diced tomato | 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro | 1/4 cup diced shallot | 1/4 cup “WASABI-O” Wasabi ayonnaise | 3/4 cup shredded of cheddar cheese | “WASABI-O” Wasabi Sauce

Fried Rice Ingredients
2 cups steamed rice | 1 1/2 tablespoons butter | 1 tablespoon minced garlic | 2 teaspoons lime juice | 1/8 teaspoon salt | 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Guacamole Ingredients
1 cup mashed avocado | 2 tablespoons lime juice | 1/2 teaspoon salt

1. Fry “Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough until golden brown in a pan.
?2. Prepare Guacamole by stirring mashed avocado with lime juice and salt.
3. To make fried rice, melt butter in a pan then add garlic and steamed rice. Season with lime juice,?salt, and pepper.
4. Mix fried rice, tomato, onion, ? cup of Guacamole and “WASABI-O” Wasabi Mayonnaise. Cook gently then add chopped cilantro.
?5. Pour the mixture (no.4) on a piece of “Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough, then place grilled pork neck, on top with cheddar cheese and roll them together. Serve with “WASABI-O” Wasabi Sauce.
