Hippo Green Devil Pie

Ingredients

500 g of Beef | 300 g of Crab Stick | 2 ? tablespoon of fish sauce | 1 teaspoon of pepper | ? tablespoon of chilli |

1 cup of coconut cream | 3 cups of coconut milk | 1 tablespoon of palm sugar | 3 tablespoon of green curry paste |

? cups of pea eggplant | 1 Egg | Sweet basil | “Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough

Direction

1. Add 1/2 cup of coconut cream and stir in curry paste pan. Stir until fragrant and slightly cracked it.
2. Fried beef and pepper until fragrant and slightly cracked it.
3. Put the curry in a bowl, spread egg around edge of bowl
4. Use ring mold cut “Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough to bigger cup, close cup with them and spread egg again.
5. Bake it in 180 ?c about 10 minute or until golden brown. Decorate with sweet basil and serve.
