Larb Crab Spick (North - Eastern Style Roasted Rice Salad)
Ingredients
200 g of Crab Stick | ? cup of scald black ear mushroom (cut into fine strips) | ? cup of scald ear mushroom
(soak until soft) | ? cup of straw mushroom (cut in half) | 3 heads of shard shallot | 2 tablespoons of shard spring onion
| 2 tablespoons of fish sauce | 3 tablespoons of lime juice | 1 teaspoon of chilli powder | 1 tablespoon of roasted rice
| Mint leaves for garnish
Side dish
white cabbage | bean sprouts | sweet basil
Direction
1. Add Crab Stick in bowl seasoning with fish sauce, lime juice, and chilli powder. Mix well
2. Add shallot, spring onion and mushroom to mix well and sprinkle with mint. Serve with vegetable.
