Ingredients

100 g Korat noodle | 50 g of Crab Stick shredded | 50 g of slice pork | 1 cup of bean sprouts | cups of chinese chives cut into piece | 2 Eggs | 2 tablespoons of minced shallot
| 1 tablespoon of minced garlic | 1 tablespoon of black bean paste | 2 tablespoons of tamarind juice | 3 tablespoons of palm sugar | 2 tablespoons of fish sauce |teaspoon of black soya sauce | teaspoon of grind chilli
| water | vegetable oil | “Wasabi-O” Wasabi Sauce | “Wasabi-O” Wasabi Red

Side dish
bean sprouts | chinese chives | lemon | chilli powder

Direction
1. Add palm sugar in a pan and boil to melt. Put black bean paste, tamarind juice, fish sauce, black soya sauce and chilli, Stir well until boiled. Set aside.
2. Soak Korat noodle until soft
3. Heat a pan and add vegetable oil. Stir the shallots and garlic
4. Add pork and stir until cooked. Fill water, Korat noodle and seasoning sauce [no.1] stir well then add egg, chinese chives and bean sprouts.
5. Heat a pan add vegetable oil. Then add egg and sprinkle Crab Stick fry egg until cooked (Do not let the yolk cooked). Put on top fried noodle [no.3] Serve with “Wasabi-O” Wasabi Sauce and “Wasabi-O” Wasabi Red and side dish.
