Boiled water, Add noodle and boiled it. Put into a bowl with shrimp, cockles, squid, bean sprouts, Kani Supreme, boiled eggs,
tofu and curry. Sprinkle shallots, chilli, Vietnamese coriander. Served with lemon.
Ingredients of Curry
10 dried chilies (soaked in water) | 2 pieces of red chili | 10 shallots | 10 cloves garlic | 2 teaspoon of shred galangal |
2 teaspoon of shred ginger | 2 teaspoon of shred turmeric | 1 ? teaspoon of shrimp paste | 3 shred lemon glass | 50 g.
ground, dried shrimp | 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil | 3 cups of water | 2 cups of coconut milk | 1 tablespoon of salt |
2 teaspoons of sugar | 2 teaspoons of chopped Vietnamese coriander | 1 tbsp of chopped coriander
1. Ground dried chilli, red chilies, shallots, garlic, galangal, ginger, turmeric, lemon glass, shrimp paste and dried shrimp together.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Put paste (no.1) and fry until fragrant. Add water and coconut milk. Simmer for a while. Season with salt,
pepper, sugar, sprinkle coriander and Vietnamese coriander, stir well.
