600 g. Spar rib pork, cut into pieces 4-5 inches | 5 cloves of garlic, crushed | 2 inches of cinnamon stick | 1 piece of anise |
1/2 tablespoon of black pepper | 1 tablespoon of salt | tablespoon of black soya sauce | 2 liters of water | 1 tablespoon
of chopped garlic | 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce | 2 tablespoons of chopped chilli | “WASABI-O” Wasabi sauce |
Rice baked with taro | Crispy deep-fried dough stick


1. Put pork ribs, garlic, cinnamon, anise, black soy sauce, black pepper, salt and water into the pot, raise heat to boiling. Scoop bubbles
out and reduce heat and simmer until tender pork ribs, about 2.30 to 3 hours.
2 Pour pork ribs and soup in a bowl served with sweet soy, chopped garlic, chilli, crispy deep-fried dough stick, rice baked with taro and
“WASABI-O” Wasabi sauce.
