Ingredient

Fried “Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough | 200 g of sago | 300 ml of coconut milk | 60 g of palm sugar | 100 g of sugar | 1 tablespoon of rice flour | 1 teaspoon of salt | 1 of pandas leaf (hitch it ) | Water

Direction

1. Boil water with pandas leaf in a pot, add sago and boiled about 10 minutes

2. Pour water, rinse cold water. Put a colander to drain water.

3. Pour into a mold and put in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

4. Simmer palm sugar with medium heat until brown, Add water ? cup and sugar, simmer until sticky

5. Mix coconut milk, salt and rice flour and boiled them

6. Put sago into the container. topped with sugar (No.4) and coconut milk (No.5) serve with “Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough
