Beya Kya Kani

Ingredient
1/4 cup cut Crab Stick | 1 cup green Beans (peel/boil/pound) | 2 tbsps chop spring onion | 1/4 tsp roast coriander | 1/4 tsp roast cumin | 1/4 tsp turmeric powder | 2 tsps rice flour | 3 tsps wheat flour | 1/4 tsp salt | 1 1/2 tsps sugar | 1/4 cup water | vegetable oil |
“WASABI-O” Wasabi Mayonnaise | lemon | parsley for decoration

Direction
1. Soak green beans overnight until soft and drain. Steam them and rough pound. Leave it to the plate.
2. Pound cumin and turmeric to be paste. Mix into pound green beans well.
3. Mix turmeric powder, rice flour, wheat flour, salt, sugar together. Pour water until thicker. Make small balls and flatten. Add Crab Stick and spring onion. Mix lightly and let stand for a while. Add water if the mixture is too dry.
4. Heat oil in deep frying pan. Put the fritter one at a time into oil. Fry until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
5. Garnish with lemon and Parsley. Serve with “WASABI-O” Wasabi Mayonnaise.
