Burmese Spicy Herbal Soup

Ingredient
100 g Crab Stick | 1 cup chayote shoot | 1/4 cup gourd leaves | 3 sliced green tomatos | 5 cups fish stock | 1 sliced onion | 1/2 tsp shrimp paste | 1/4 tsp turmeric powder | 2 tsps sesame oil | 2 cloves crushed garlic | 1/4 tsp salt | 1 tbsp fish sauce | 1 tbsp tamarind paste | vegetable oil

Direction
1. Heat oil. Fry garlic with onions and turmeric powder.
2. Add chayote shoots, gourd leaves, and tomatoes, fish stock until boil. Add shrimp paste. Close the lid until vegetables are tender.
3. Add Crab Stick, salt, fish sauce, tamarind paste. Stir well. Wait until boil. Add sesame oil.
4. Serve with steam rice.
