Burmese Seafood Samosa

Ingredient
“Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough | 1/2 cup “KANI FRESH” | “WASABI-O” Wasabi Sauce | 1 cup boiled cube potato | 1/2 cup chopped onion | 1/4 cup boiled sweet pea | 1 tbsp chopped garlic | 2 tsps cumin | 1 tsp cumin powder | 1 tsp sugar | 1 tsp coriander seed | 2 tsps masala powder | 1 tsp paprika | 1 tsp salt | 1/4 cup water | vegetable oil

Direction
1. Heat oil. Fry garlic and onion until golden brown.
2. Add “KANI FRESH”, potato, sweet pea, cumin, cumin powder, masala powder, paprika. Mix well. Add some water and boil until dry. Remove and wait until cold.
3. To flatten “Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough into thin piece. Put (2) into (3) seal the edge (Triangle Shape). Freeze in the freezer for 1 hour.
4. Bake in oven at temperature 150 ํC for 15-20 minutes.
5. Set on a plate, serve with “WASABI-O” Wasabi Sauce.
