Mi Goreng Kani

Ingredient
4 pcs. of crab stick | 250g. of Hokkien noodles. | 1/2 pcs of fried tofu cut into strips | 2 eggs | 1 cup of shredded cabbage | 1 tbsp. of minced garlic | 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil

Ingredient of sauce
2 Tomatos | 3 dried cayenne peppers | 1 tbsp. of minced garlic | 1 tbsp. of minced ginger | 1 tsp. of shrimp paste | 3 tbsp. of dried pounded anchovies. | 1/2 tbsp. of sugar | 3 tbsp. of soy sauce

Direction
1. Put sauce ingredients in a blender then heat it till thicken.
2. Fried garlic in a pan, add cabbage till cooked. Then add Hokkien noodles, tofu and 1/4 cup of sauce.
3. Put eggs and crab stick till cooked.
