Ingredients
5 pieces of “HIPPO” Original Recipe Frozen Dough | 500g. of chicken fillet | Cucumber Soup page 7

Ingredients for Chicken Sauce
1 piece of shallot | 2 pieces of garlic | 2 teaspoons of black soy sauce | 1 teaspoon coriander (powder) | 1 teaspoon lemongrass | 3 teaspoons of water

Direction
1. Slice chicken with a width of 1 inch.
2. Put chicken sauce ingredients in blender then marinade with chicken fillet at least 2 hours and insert sharp wooden stick in the middle.
3. Roast chicken fillet till cooked and serve with fried “Hippo” Original Recipe Recipe Frozen Dough, satay sauce and cucumber soup.

Ingredients for Chicken Dipping Sauce
100g. of roasted peanuts (crush) | 2 tablespoons of sugar | 1/2 tablespoon of salt | 300ml. of coconut milk | 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil | 5 pieces of red chili | 5 pieces of sliced garlic | 8 pieces of sliced shallot | 2 kaffir lime leaves

Direction
1. Cook red chili, garlic, shallot, kaffir lime leave with vegetable oil in a pan.
2. Put ingredients in no.1 in a blender then pour ingredients back in a pan (low heat) and cook with roasted peanuts, coconut milk, salt and sugar.
