Arroz Caldo Con Pollo

Ingredients
1 cup cooked rice | 3 pieces chicken thigh | 8-10 cups water | 5-6 pieces julienned ginger | 1 onion | 2 tablespoons minced garlic | 3 tablespoons fish sauce | 2 teaspoons ground black pepper | 1 tablespoon soy sauce | 2 tablespoons cooking oil Side Dishes? | Small pieces of boiled chicken | Crab Stick | Rendered garlic | Rendered shallot | Chopped spring onion (green onion) | “WASABI-O” Wasabi Sauce Calamansi or lemon

Direction
1. In a pot, heat the cooking oil then saute’ the garlic, onion and ginger until soft.
2. Pour in the water and bring to boil.
3. Reduce heat, put in the chicken thigh and cook for 15 minute.
4. Add the cooked rice and cook for a few minutes.
5. Stir occasionally and simmer until the rice is soften.
?6. Add the fish sauce, soy sauce and ground black pepper.
?7. Serve hot with side dishes and Crab Stick, garlic, minced scallions, and lemon.
