Sinigang Na Isda Kani

Ingredients
100 g Crab Stick | 300 g sliced pork belly (1 1/2 x 2 inch) | 2 diced tomatoes | 1 diced onion | 60 g cut white radish | 50 g green bean? | 100 g coarsely chopped spinach | 3 tablespoons tamarind juice | 5 cups water | 1 1/2 teaspoons salt | 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder | 1 tablespoon fish sauce | 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions
1. Heat oil in a pan, then add sliced pork belly and gently fry for a few minutes.
2. Add water and heat till boil, cook pork belly and reduce heat, then stir till pork belly is soften. Take off oil from pan.
3. Add white radish, reduce heat then simmer for 10 minutes. Add onion, tomato, green bean, salt,fish sauce, pepper, tamarind juice and spinach then simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Add Crab Stick in a hot pot, serve with mango, green tomato and grilled pineapple.
