Bicol Kani

Ingredients
100 g Crab Stick | 200 g pork belly, thinly sliced? | 1/4 cup minced onion | 1/4 cup sliced green chilli | 1 tablespoon minced garlic | 2 tablespoons shrimp paste | 1 tablespoon sugar | 3 tablespoons water | 1/2 cup coconut milk | 2 tablespoons cooking oil | Fish sauce | Cooked rice

Directions
1. Medium heat, gently fry minced garlic and green chilli in cooking pan.
2. Add to the saute’ sliced streaky pork and the shrimp paste, cook for a few minutes.
3. Add water and coconut milk, bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Season with sugar or fish sauce, add the minced onion and sliced Crab Stick, then cook until dish gets a little dry.
5. Pour into serving bowl, serve with cooked rice.
