Pork Adobo

Ingredients
“Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough. | 500 g pork belly (cut in large chunk) 2 tablespoons chopped garlic | 2 bay leaves | 4-5 cups water | 1/4 cup vinegar | 1/4 cup Japanese soy sauce (shoyu) | 1/4 cup vegetable oil | 1 teaspoon salt | 1 tablespoon black soy sauce?

Direction
1. Fry pork belly in a pan with vegetable oil.
2. Boil water, vinegar, chopped garlic, bay leaf into the pot, medium heat. Reduce heat and add salt,shoyu and black soy sauce, stir well about 30 minutes until meats are tendered.
3. Bake “Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough in preheat oven 200 Celsius for about 15 minutes.
4. Serve Pork Adobo with “Hippo” Original Recipe Frozen Dough (no.3)
