Paksiw Kani-Mon Sino Pinoy Style

Ingredients

100 g of Crab Stick 300 g feather back fish fillet 100 g bitter melon (cut into piece) 50 g sliced eggplant 2 cups chicken stock 2 pieces chilli (Northern Thai Green Chilli) 3 tablespoons sliced ginger 14 cup vinegar 12 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon fish sauce Pepper powder Water and salt (12 tablespoon of salt and 3 tablespoons of water) Cooked crab rice


Direction

1. Mix feather back fish fillet with salted water until it becomes a sticky paste. Then keep refrigerated.
?2. Put a plastic bag on roll mats (Maki sushi rolling mat). Place fish meat evenly on the mat and Crab Stick on top of fish meat, then roll it (square shape). Steam for 10 minutes and cut into pieces.?
3. Mix vinegar with chicken stock in a pot, then add eggplants, bitter melon, ginger, chilli, salt, pepper and fish sauce. Use medium heat for 10 minutes until boiled and add Crab Stick Roll (No.2). Pour into serving bowl with cooked crab rice
